Children Awaiting Parents Welcomes Charles Reaves as Executive Director
I could not be more pleased to join the CAP team and champion the cause of older foster youth in need of permanent adoptive families. I am honored to follow in the footsteps of CAP’s terrific executive directors that have lent a voice to thousands of abused and neglected foster children all over the country.
CAP is approaching an exciting yet challenging time in our history as we pursue our goal of becoming a full-service adoption agency. As I look to CAP’s future I see positive change on the horizon and I am excited to be a part of the next phase in our effort to build strong adoptive families.
During this time of growth, CAP is grateful for the consistent assistance of our supporters. I look forward to getting to know each one of you who selflessly offer your time and resources to help CAP find homes for youth who need it most.
Charles brings a strong background of leadership, fundraising and youth program development to Children Awaiting Parents.
