Help Lift the Wait!

For a limited time, if you donate at least $15 to CAP through the link above, we will send you Regina Calcaterra's Autobiography, "Etched in Sand"! (All proceeds help CAP find families for waiting youth.)  Simply type "I would like a copy of Etched in Sand" in the "Is this donation in memory of anyone" box. You can also choose to donate $10, if you would like to come in to the CAP office to pick it up.

With your generous support, CAP can help shorten the hours, days, months and years waiting children must endure until they find a loving home. Help us Lift the Wait: The weight of loneliness; and the heartbreak of waiting.

5. Donate an Unwanted Vehicle

Donating a vehicle is very simple and is a wonderful way to support Children Awaiting Parents’ efforts to find a family for every child in foster care.

One generous donor wrote:

“It is undeniable that the basis of a nation is first the family. Nobody wants to be in a situation where you lack of affection, attention and care. I say so because I have been there done that,  having lost my mother when I was 2 years old and my father ten years later. Today, as a father, I see in every child without family what I once was, therefore I will always whenever possible, seize any opportunity to encourage and support organizations that help children who do not have the love and support of a family of their own. It is gratifying to know that somewhere in the country a child is in good hands thanks to my modest contribution. I invite everyone to be generous toward Children Awaiting Parents. I found this organization by browsing the internet in search of a credible organization that promotes children welfare and after reading the mission statement. It is obvious that Children Awaiting Parent is trustworthy.”
