Frank is a lovable, hardworking creative youth. He enjoys listening to music, dancing, bike riding, ice skating, playing video games and swimming - as long as the pool is not cold! Frank’s favorite foods include pancakes, pizza and cannolis. Currently in 10th grade special education classes, his favorite subject is science and he especially likes learning about the planets. Frank’s hopes include becoming part of a forever family and someday working with animals. His favorite animals are fish, cats and dogs and he would thrive in a home with pets. He would do best as an only child. He is excited about finding a loving, gentle family. Frank will do well in a home with clear structure and expectations. He needs a high energy family who will take the time to understand and support him unconditionally.
