Post-Adoption Services
After you have finalized your adoption, we stand with you as your family adjusts to its new dynamic. We support you by:
- Identifying training to help with general adoption issues and issues specific for your family
- Helping you identify post-adoption support services, such as
- Specialized medical resources
- Specialized mental health therapists
- Assisting you to re-negotiate your adoption subsidy if necessary
- Hosting an adoptive family support group
- Hosting a support group for adopted children
- Helping you navigate educational systems
...and much more, depending on your particular circumstances and needs.
